First, I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt the need after seeing the qualify of the product. Then, I read some of the other reviews. The gates looked really good, incredible quality, hardware, fair prices, and great customer service. Jill was very helpful!! AAA….. I understand during these COVID times it’s going to slow things down. What a lot of people don’t understand is aluminum is in low supply right now and prices have increased. These gates are custom made and will take time. I ordered 30 foot estate gates. Took about 12 weeks to arrive. Understandable during these times. I’m a metal fabrication company and I purchase my gates from GreatFence because the product and price is a great bargain! I cannot build these gates at these prices using the same materials. To save my customers money, I use GreatFence.com on my driveway gates. If you want quality it takes time. If you want a Chinese Gate in 7 days it will be low quality with thin gauge aluminum. Keep up the great work!
