The difference among the 3 grades is: a) the size of the vertical pickets, b) the size of the horizontal rails, and c) the thickness of the material... all which increases as you move up. Puppy Pickets cannot be added to STYLES: Flat Top Double Pickets or Spear Top Double Pickets.  Finials, Rings, Puppy Pickets and Expanded Metal add a lot to your overall cost; therefore, ask your sales rep to break down these additional, optional costs for you if your quote price total is beyond your budget.
