All GreatFence.com products are custom-made per order and are non-returnable, except in the rare case of a verified manufacturer defect or authorized accessory return.
We do not accept returns on:

Fence panels, posts, gates, or accessories

Incorrect measurements or job site changes

Products already fabricated, coated, shipped or installed

customer alterations to the product(s)

issues associated with a faulty installation
Return Shipping:
In the rare event a return is authorized, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
