Technically, concrete can cause issues with any metal, but it depends on the mix which can vary widely. We ship 1500 – 2000 posts per day and 90% of them get installed in concrete. We may get 4-5 calls per year about paint peeling along the bottom where it meets the concrete. It’s so rare that we don’t recommend anything to avoid it.
